How to set up a correct Skroutz XML feed in PrestaShop

The most common Skroutz feed rejections and how to avoid them: availability, combinations, categories and refreshing large catalogues.

Why feeds get rejected

Skroutz checks every product for price, availability, category and EAN/MPN. Most problems come from missing data in the shop, not from the XML itself.

Product combinations

If you sell clothes or shoes, every size must appear as a variation with its own stock. Our module exports them automatically from PrestaShop combinations.

Availability

Map your stock states to “In stock”, “1-3 days” and so on from the module settings.

Large catalogues

For thousands of products the feed is built in batches via cron, so the server never times out.

Checks before submitting

  • Make sure every product has an image and a category.
  • Open the feed URL and check it returns valid XML.
  • Submit the URL at merchants.skroutz.gr.
