These terms apply to purchases of modules, licenses, support renewals and installation services from the CodePresta shop. Custom development is covered by a separate agreement.
1. Who we are
The shop is operated by codePresta.com, VAT 157364762, tax office [fill in: Tax office], registered at IOULIANOU 14 ILION, 13121. Contact: info@codepresta.com, [fill in: Phone].
2. Account and purchase
You need an account to download modules and receive support, and you are responsible for keeping your login details safe. The contract is formed once payment for the order is confirmed. If a price shows an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund anything you've paid.
3. Products and compatibility
Each module's page describes its features, the supported PrestaShop and PHP versions and what the purchase includes. Before buying, you can try the demo where one is available and ask us questions. We don't guarantee compatibility with third-party modules, themes or server setups.
4. Prices, payment and invoices
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country and on whether you buy as a business (see How to pay). You can pay by card, PayPal or bank transfer. We issue a receipt or invoice for every purchase.
5. Delivery
Delivery is electronic. After payment, the module file, the license key and instructions are available in your account. Nothing is shipped physically.
6. License
You buy a license to use the module, not ownership of the code. Details are in our License terms. In short:
- Each license covers the number of production shops (domains) shown on the product.
- You can use local and test installs freely.
- Reselling, redistributing and publishing the code are not allowed.
7. Support and updates
The support and update period is shown on each module and can be renewed for a fee (see Technical support). Versions you have downloaded keep working after it expires.
8. Installation by us
If you choose installation, we'll ask for access details to your shop. We use them only for the installation and delete them once it's done. Make sure you have a backup of your shop before we start.
9. Refunds
Our Refund policy applies, together with your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Liability
Modules are provided as described. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. These limits don't apply to intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow them.
11. Personal data
How we process your data is explained in our Privacy policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page. Each purchase is governed by the terms in force when it was made.
13. Law and disputes
Greek law applies, and the courts of our registered seat have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the rules of your country of residence and may also turn to a consumer ombudsman or another alternative dispute resolution body.
