What it does

  • Templates per order status with order, customer and tracking placeholders.

  • On the order page, choose whether to send the SMS when you change the status.
  • Every message logged as pending, sent or failed; each SMS is sent only once.

Yes. When the order has a tracking number, the carrier link is added to the message automatically.
