Every module purchase gives you a license with its own key, found in your account under "My modules". These terms complement our Terms and conditions.
What you may do
- Use the module on as many production shops (domains) as the product states, usually one. You register the domains yourself from your account.
- Install it freely on local and test environments (localhost, *.test, *.local and a staging copy of the same shop).
- Customise it for your own use. Code changes are at your own risk and may be overwritten by a later update.
- Keep using the versions you downloaded indefinitely, even after support expires.
What you may not do
- Resell, lend, share or publish the module, the key or any part of the code.
- Use one key on more shops than the license covers.
- Remove the license check or copyright notices.
Transfers and domain changes
If your shop's domain changes, remove the old domain and add the new one from your account. Transferring a license to someone else, e.g. when you sell your shop, requires our written agreement.
Updates
While your update period is active, you can download every new version. Where the module supports it, you can also update from the PrestaShop admin. Only the key, the domain and the PrestaShop, PHP and module versions are sent to our shop.
When your licence changes (e.g. revocation, a new key or the suspension of a domain), we may send your shop a check request addressed to the module. The request carries and collects no data; it only makes the module check its licence at once, as it otherwise does every 12 hours.
Revocation
A license is revoked if the purchase is refunded, the order is cancelled, or these terms are seriously breached. Once revoked, updates and support stop.
