Legal invoicing without retyping orders
Oxygen myDATA Invoicing creates the invoice or receipt of each order in Oxygen Pelatologio, which transmits it to AADE myDATA. The document, its number and its MARK stay linked to the PrestaShop order.
What it does
- Issue from the order page, in bulk from the orders list, or automatically when an order reaches a status you choose.
- Each document is validated by Oxygen before a series number is reserved, so rejected documents never waste a number.
- If myDATA is offline the document keeps its number and is resent later.
- Invoice when the customer gave company details and VAT number, receipt otherwise.
- Mapping of series, payment methods and VAT categories, including shipping.
Runs in the background
Documents go through a queue with a background worker and a cron fallback, so issuing many documents never blocks your admin, and failures are retried.
