PrestaShop and SoftOne, connected safely

SoftOne ERP Connector links your shop to SoftOne through its web services. It starts as a bridge: it reads the ERP and matches records to PrestaShop, without changing your products until you decide.

Bridge & matching

  • Products matched by EAN, then by reference (combinations included).
  • Categories, suppliers, countries, VAT rates, payment methods and carriers mapped — automatically or by hand.
  • Conflicts collected in an exceptions page instead of guessed.
  • An “ERP” column and filter in the PrestaShop lists show what is linked.

Orders & fields

  • Orders sent to SoftOne with lines, discounts, shipping, series and payment; customers found by VAT number or created.
  • Per field (name, EAN, MPN, prices, weight, VAT, category, active, quantity): read from the ERP, write to the ERP, both or none.
  • Optional creation of new products in the ERP or in PrestaShop.
  • Optional EAN rules: required and unique.

Safe by default

All writes to the ERP are off after installation. Every send is logged with its exact payload, and the worker can be followed live from the admin.
