Our modules are digital content, delivered instantly by download. Below we explain when we refund. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
As a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once delivery begins with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). You give that consent at checkout. If you haven't downloaded any file or activated the license yet, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
Business purchases (with an invoice) have no right of withdrawal.
Bugs we cannot fix
If a module has a confirmed bug that stops it from doing what its page describes, on a supported PrestaShop and PHP version, we fix it. If we can't fix it within 30 working days of receiving the details needed to reproduce it, we refund the price of the module and revoke the license.
What doesn't qualify
- Changing your mind after downloading or activating the module.
- Incompatibility with PrestaShop or PHP versions that are not listed as supported.
- Conflicts with third-party modules or themes, or with server settings. We'll investigate them with you, but they don't automatically lead to a refund.
- Features that are not described on the module's page.
- Support renewals and installation work already carried out.
Duplicate or wrong purchase
If you bought the same module twice or the wrong module by mistake and haven't downloaded it, tell us within 14 days. We'll refund it or swap it for the right one.
How to request a refund
Open a ticket on the module from your account, or email info@codepresta.com with your order number. We may ask to test the module on a clean PrestaShop install or a staging copy of your shop.
How refunds are paid
We refund to the original payment method (card or PayPal), or by bank transfer, within 14 days of approval. A credit note is issued and the related license is revoked.
