Every module comes with support from the CodePresta team that built it. Support covers the module you purchased, on the domains your license is activated for.
Support period and renewal
How long support and updates last is shown on each module's page, under "Included", and counts from the purchase date. When it ends, you can renew from the module page at the renewal price shown there. If you renew before it expires, the new period is added to the time you have left.
What support covers
- Help installing, configuring and using the module.
- Investigating and fixing bugs in the module.
- Access to new versions while your license updates are active.
- Guidance on compatibility with newer PrestaShop and PHP versions.
Not included: custom development or new features, changes to your theme, server and hosting configuration, fixing third-party modules, and issues caused by modified module code. We are happy to quote for these separately.
How to ask for help
Sign in to your account and open a ticket from the Support section, choosing the module. To help us answer faster, include:
- your shop URL and PrestaShop and PHP versions,
- the module version,
- steps to reproduce the problem and what you expected to happen,
- screenshots or error messages (e.g. from var/logs).
Please don't put passwords in tickets. If we need access, we'll ask. If you purchased installation by us, send access details from the Installations page of your account, where they are stored encrypted.
Response times
We usually reply within one working day (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 Greek time). For confirmed bugs in a module, we aim to ship a fix within 30 working days. If that's not possible, our Refund policy applies.
When support expires
Your module keeps working, and you can still download the versions released while your updates were active. You'll need to renew to get new versions and help. Send pre-sales questions to info@codepresta.com.
